why does my hand middle and the tip of my index finger itch?

Do you mean to say itch? In any case, it is hard to say why your hand itches. It could be because of dry skin or a rash or something else. Have you gotten it looked at yet? Is there anything wrong with the skin or does it look normal? It is really hard to say without more detail but I suspect that it's just dry skin. Please let me know.
