red welt on my body

I get red welt on my body when i get extremely cold or overheated. They are itchy and usually start on my hands but extend all over my body which makes me stratch like crazy. This last until i warm up or if i am overheated, cool down. What causes this?

Hi. my mattress is wet because was closer to the wall and the water (rain) filtrated down the wall. It unfortunately soaked the mattress. We allowed it to dry for 3 days but the matures is stinky. We cleaned it (superficially) but the bad odor remains intact. In fact, with only pass the hand over...
