What would you tell yourself 10 years ago?

If you could go back in time and have a 5 minute conversation with yourself ten years ago, what would you say? I know I would need a lot more than 5 minutes, but definitely if I learned anything it was - don't believe people who sat they don't care about the money :-)

Is it naive to see all the best in people, or do you always expect the worse? I know, "pessimists are just well informed optimists", but does this "expecting the worse" somehow brings more bad things into your life?

Insurance companies denying claims for no reason by sending you to siu

Anyone been screwed over by their own insurance company? I want to hear stories especially if it about a theft off of your property and they sent you to Special Investigations with no probable cause. How do they get away with this? Would like to get a class action together.

How do you shake yourself out of a bad mood?

I’m not talking about seriously sad or depressing moods, just everyday stuff that gets our nerves jiggling or makes us sad, like being stuck in traffic or hearing some bad news? Is counting down from ten and focusing on the breathing the only options?
