I have very bad back problems and have difficulties sitting that long while working. I’m not comfortable to share it with others in my office. I wouldn’t like someone to think that I’m not able to work. That’s the atmosphere in my office like. What is your experience like?

I woke up this morning with pain, tightness in my mid back. It has continued to get worse throughout the day. Now is hurts to inhale and laying on may back is an imposibility. did I sleep on it wrong. thanks

what is the difference between intervertabral disc syndrome and degenerative joint disease of the spine. i suffered a trama injury to the neck years ago while in the military. the diagnosis was DJD which has a lower classification than IVDS. thanks, dave
