I have herniated disc that causes me back pain. It is caused by poor posture because I have to spend 8 hours daily sitting. To be honest, I don’t like physical exercises very much. I think that pain aggravates by stress. Every time I’m under psychical pressure troubles with herniated disc get worse.

Stress is also very important factor because has influence on circulation and adequate blood flow in back. Take care about your foot wear and walking habits because they are as important as chair that you sit in 8 hours daily and your posture.
