Occasional back tickling

Hi recently I've been feeling occasional back tickling.  It comes once in a while and it only last for a few seconds.  But I've also been doing a lot of bike riding and that seems to be hard on my back.  It's hard to describe the feeling that I'm getting, its not necessarly like someones tickling...

my right shouldler has been in pain. I was just wondering what is might be and how i could fix it.

The pain is more of a constant pain that last for a long time and doesnt go away. It feels like it needs to pop and i cant get it to pop. the pain is located more on the front of the shoulder and a little pain in the back. i havent had any problems with it before i lift and i work out on a warm....
