The pain is more of a constant pain that last for a long time and doesnt go away. It feels like it needs to pop and i cant get it to pop. the pain is located more on the front of the shoulder and a little pain in the back. i havent had any problems with it before i lift and i work out on a warm. When i sit in a chair with my hand behind my head for a period of time it locks up and it wont go abck down right away. i was just wonderin if i could figure anything out about it and any way to treat it.
