right shoulder blade pain

for about two weeks i have been suffering from right shoulder blade problems. while bending my neck forward i feel pulling in right shoulder, and burning sensation. painful in evening and while sleeping wakes me up with a stiff back. If i put pressure on my upper back it relieves the pain.

during backbone operation person can die due to heart probl

i wanted to know that a person can die during his/her backbone or lower parts related problem operation due to heart . if yes, what would be reasons for that. specially if his blood is 7-8 mg and 3-4 bottles blood is given to him. i would be thankful.
