C3-T1 cervical and spine fusion 6 months ago and still having numbness in right arm

I HAD CERVICAL FUSION ON C3-C7 &T1 6 MONTHS AGO. STILL HAVING NUMBNESS ON RIGHT ARM FROM SHOULDER DOWN TO FINGERS. I HAVE CARPAL TUNNELL AND POSSIBLY ORHER TYPES OF TUNNELL. NOW MY LOWER BACK AND HIPS HURT EXTREMELY BAD. HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS?

cervical spine surgery C4, C5, C6, C7

I am 3 months post cervical spine surgery on C4, C5, C6 & C7, I came out of surgery with no use of my hands although both functioned prior to surgery. I also am unable to experience an orgasam. I am wondering if this is related to my surgery?
