what kind of mobility will I have after cervical arthrodesis

I have hade laminectomy of C3 to T2 done in the past , now I am planning on having cervical arthrodesis done starting with occiput to C3, I am not sure what kind of mobility I will be left with, re: neck movement , will I be able to shave , see what I eat, drive etc ?
