I have intense lower back pain whenever I bend over

I have intense lower back pain whenever I bend over.this will sound crazy but the pain feels like its burning me.i cant stand back up on my own.it scares me.the pain will also go down both legs on the outside.is anyone familiar with these symptoms and can shed some hope my direction?

is lyrica good for what I think I may have adult severe pain, I don't know what to do it doesn't work maybe a bit but still in pain and I become a major bitch causing everyone in my household emotional pain. I just cant .
