Ongoing pain in left side after lumbar surgery for almost two years

I have had pain in my left side still after lumbar surgery almost one yeari am in constant pain only on left side now has extended down to my foot and back into to shoulder blade down arm and neck. Help

Had a cervical fusion way back in 2001- c6-c7. Was young at the time and went in without a care thinking it was an easy procedure. I'm 10 months pass neck fusion C5 & C6. Surgery went well, no problems. I've been having sharp pain, severe stinging & burning in the back of my neck and all seems to be getting worse. The muscle spasms are now going down the right side of my neck. At times it's so severe that it's painful....
