Today It is my first day to gym and in morning just after wakeup I started exercise in empty stomach. After half an hour I feel like vomit and I vomited two times. I am feel sick till now what to do. Is there any remedy of this ?

I have been having severe back pain for the last couple of days.. it isn't painful when sitting still in specific positions, only when moving or twisting. I have also been having a curve in appetite. I should add that I usually am one to snack all day, eating because I'm bored not actually hungry....
