Sunburn is caused by overexposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun's rays as well as tanning lamps or welding arcs. Exposure to lesser amounts of UV causes a sun tan. Talk about tanning products, sunburn prevention and treatments, and sweating disorders such as excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and prickly heat here.

i have such a bad sunburn! i've tried everything! milk, vinagar, pain killers. cold bath, warm bath, alo, lotion it's been about 2 days and i hurt everywhere! the pain wont go away! i don't care about being red i just don't want to hurt anymore! i can't sleep, sit, walk....
