So sorry, this is awkward for me but. I am 16 at the moment and i have public hair, armpit hair and grown bigger. But what i am concerned is that balls have only slightly dropped and my penis has not grown at all. Do i have a right to be?

Is there somthing wrong if your 15 hardly have armpit, leg, and pubical hair. My penis is about 3-4 when erected. When i ejaculate nothing comes out. Im very embarased about this because i have to make up stories or somthing to friends.
