Im 14 yrs old and I don't think I've hit puberty...I have a 2.5 to 3 inch penis lil leg and pit hair pubs on my sac and around the base of my penis I can orgasm and semen but my voice hasn't changed and I'm 5'4" have I hit puberty at all? I'm 14 and started puberty at the end of 6th grade and grew hair on my armpits genitals and face but thats all that happened. My adams apple isnt even slightly visible i grew a lot recently but it was the first time in a long time and my penis hasnt grown either and thats wat im really worried...

Ok, so I turned 13 on the 20th Jan, and have been noticing small hairs (some even darker than others) around my testicle area though quite short. I haven't been noticing any other changes, but I THINK my voice may have got a TINY bit lower, but I'm not sure. Have I hit puberty?
