hello recently i have been hungry all the time after eating i feel full but shortly after i feel insanly hungry again is this me growing or do i have a worm in my stomach or something im 15 just started hitting puberty (i think)

Muscles twitches in my chest

Hey, Im 16 years old and have been working out for about 2 years and have never had this problem Just recently I just started getting muscular twitches --mostly in my chest - they last for about 5 -10 seconds unless I rub them I'm not really sure what this means.. does anyone have any advice.....
