So I just turned 15, I shaved me pubes once around the age of thirteen and my armpits as a dare, and i've had to shave my pubes since because the get too long, could this affect my penis and testicle growth? I haven't noticed any growth in either, my penis is only about 4 inches when fully erect....

I'm 13 and have about 1.5in penis and about 2.5 when erect.i have small blonde hairs on my balls and over my penis and I have no armpit hair. I'm really scared that my penis will never grow and that I won't hit puberty
