i have a unusal phobia it is the fear of buttons,l please let me explain, i do dont believe the buttons can harm me in any way, its just the sight of them make me feel sick, i have been told that it effects around one in 20.000 people, weel anyway i go to school in englad in in secendary school we have to wear uniform, shirt tie balzer etc, i have to wear a white shirt everyday for school and it is a big deal for me, luickily we have to wear a tie which hids up the buttons so its not so bad, this weekend my parents are making me wear my school shirt and school skirt as a punishment for bad behavour, i dont think they understand just how much of a harsh punishment this is for me ?

if you've got a phobia of buttons,it would make your punishment worse,ask if you can wear a t-shirt instead ,as it be really unfair to wear your shirt,also why are they giving you punishment,you've already said you would feel uncomfortable wearing a shirt because of the bottons

wearing a t shirt is not a punishment, wearing a school shirt is a punishment, as i said when i attend school i have to wear a tie which covers up the buttons which i find a lot easier but wearing a shirt without a tie is a hard punishment ?
