sleeping problems

im 17 and find it really difficult to sleep i goto bed at 12pm/1am and it take me sometimes 6hours to sleep good for me as i dont have a job are goto school because id be going into work/school with no sleep... when i do nod off after 6 hrs its not for long as i wake up again severeal times...
