my legs are fine; my hair does grow back rather quickly though. i can not go six hours without having stubble. also, my underarms. i see girls at my school with perfectly smooth, fair looking skin there. but in my case, no matter how many different directions i shave or how much pressure i put on the razor, i always have just a little bit of rough feeling skin. so, i put lotion on and of course, deodorant. it feels okay, but when i look under my arms it appears darkis and un-shaven. i am afraid of wearing sleeveless shirts because of this.. and this summer is really hot. i am miserable. how can i fix this? :[

heyy lol dont worry. i have the same problem my answer might help you a little bit. I have the same problem with shaving under my arms sadly wth your leg hair i cant help u just have to shave everyday. It sucks i know. For underyour arms theres two options get a mens aftershave lotion and use that to shave the area instead of shaving creame shave down and then up and then down and then up then put the same lotion on afterwards. the second thing you could try if u want to is letting the hair under ur arms grow back for 3 days and then shave then it willb e completley gone. i only do this like before special dances or swim parties where i know my underarms will be exposed alot and the days its growing i wear short sleeve shirts.!

when i asked my mom why my cousin's and aunt's armpits were dark and she said its because they shave there. she said sometimes it can cause ingrown hair and sometimes using old razorblades (that probably started rusting a little) also cause the skin to darken.

i usually tweeze my underarms, although i do occasionally shave, when i'm in a rush and dont have time to tweeze.

when i do shave, i use a new razor or razor head, and rub in hair conditionor (which by the way work great as a shaving cream substitute on legs as well) or shaving cream and shave in the direction of hair growth.

as for deodorant, i use dove. there's one called smooth cashmere that makes it smooth and soft. they have a bunch of different kinds that help with that :]

oh yeah, and try pumice stone also! accumulation of dead skin might also be apart of your problem.

and also, tight blouses can cause darkness too, so let them breathe every now and then haha :-D

i hope this helps you!
