how do i grow taller or/and lose weight?

I'm 13 and have just gained a lot of weight suddenly, I now weigh 109 pounds and I'm five foot two, how can I lose around 9-10 pounds and maybe grow? please give me some methods because I have a really low self-esteem because of my appearance

Hi im 13 and some of my friends at school say that they shave theyre pubic hair and that it feels nice. I dont know if its potentially bad for me so thats why im asking here. And is there a special way to do it. If so just message me threw this website. Thanks.
