I have plenty of pubic hair but that is basically it. I have a small penis, no facial hair, no armpit/leg/arm hair and tiny testicles. My voice is embarrasingly high and is getting to a point in Sixth form which I am constantly conscious when contributing to the class because I dont want to hear my own voice. Any advice on what I can possibly do to speed up puberty? Surely I havent finished?
