Hey, im 13. I turn 14 in 4 days. I have a very small penis. Maybe 2 inches when hard. I have maybe 1 pubic hair. No armpit hair. When i masturbate a thin watery fluid comes out rarely. Have I hit puberty? If not, what should I do?
