One of my testicles is smaller than other, I had some operation on left testicle

One of my them is a normal size whereas my left is considerably smaller. When I was about five I had an operation on my left one to move it lower down as it was too high. Could this be caused because of the operation?I am 14 now.

I had a cyst removed from my scrotum and the cut healed as a hard lump. The lump is white in colour, easily visible, and has no fluid in it. WHAT IS IT?
