Testicular bleeding, I took Tadalafil for my erections

I went with a chemotherapy in 2009 and later when I am okay it was hard to get full erection,so I started having tadafill 20 mg for this over the counter and then I have veins coming out from my legs and now new thing is that I have a bleeding from my balls which look like not stopping.
