I have had a lump on my testicle for a bit now but this morning I woke up and it was significantly larger than yesterday? I don't feel nausea, general pain or anything like that, so what are the chances of it being dangerous?

Hi Guest,
Chances depend upon a number of things, including your age.
STOP WAITING! Get yourself to a doctor/urologist and find out what the lump is. ANY lump on your testicle needs to be examined. It could be a cyst, it could also indicate cancer. Testicular cancer USUALLY does NOT cause any discomfort.
Good luck.
