Numb Sensation / white spot on my left testicle

Today I've notive a white spot on my left testicles, after touching it, to my amaze it was numb, Length x Width of a pinky finger, not swollen, nor does it feel pain. Im 24 years old, been a few months since I had intercourse. I highly doupt it is STD's. Please may someone explain what this is?

I noticed a small, pimple-like outgrow on my little boy of 2 years' scrotum. It started very small, but it is getting bigger and spreading slowly. Its not itchy, though, but i'm seriously worried that it is growing bigger and spreading.
