I have a rash near my scrotum, red in color and it is smooth and does not itch. It is in the crevase between my scrotum and legs I have had this for afew months, doesnt seem to grow or go away. Wondering if I should be concerned, what it is, and how to fix it, and no I am not a particularly sweaty person.
