Hello, I had a varicocelectomy and it is 5 days and the wounds I think is healed but I think the inside is not yet, The inside part hurts wether I laugh or starting to stand. Is it ok???

My coworkers have told me its probably a kidney stone but when i pee i have no discomfort. I try to take ibuporfen to make it hurt less but its starting to work less. I DONT HAVE INSURANCE AND I REALLY CANT AFFORD AT THIS MOMENT! I dont want to waste anymore time, what do i do?

I have pimple on my testicles, it hurts really bad

There is this Sphere- Shaped zit on my balls. I took a picture of it and zoomed in. It has a open cut and a clear part where I can see circles. I think a bug crawled in my skin but I'm not sure. It hurts reaaly bad. I need help.....

I have noticed a lump on my right testicle, I play a lot of sport and I don't know if it is a torsion of a hydatid cyst. I'm only 15 so is this normal? I am quite worried and am to embarrassed to go to a doctor about it. What could happen if I leave it, will it go away or get worse?
