I am 8 days post-vasectomy and still hurting. I feel a little better each day though but have 5 kids and not able to sit and rest like I want to and should. My testes constantly have a dull pain similar to someone just used my ballsack for a speed bag! The swelling has finally gone down and bruising is looking better but just noticed when I woke with a pee woody there is a lump (marble sized) right at the base right side of my penis that was never there before. I am a little concerned and came to this forum only to learn that it is pretty common. I hope it goes away on its own! I too was told this was an easy procedure with little pain and only a very small % of men really suffer, apparently me and everyone else I read or talk to is too, fishy!! Doctors should just be upfront and honest and tell you that it's gonna feel like you get kicked in the balls every hour every day for weeks on weeks after the procedure!! "Simple" procedure my sore right nut!!!
