Lump on scrotal wall left side about as big as a pecan still in it's shell. It's fixed and does not move with testes. It has discharged a yellow waxy type pus but very little and is painful. Any ideas? Just a cyst?

My testicles hurt after I stopped self-pleasuring

For Religious Reasons, I personally stopped masterbating.  (Not to jusdge anyone else). Now I have an issue in that my body is used to producing seamen on a pretty regular bases.   Basically my Testes hurts becuase of this.  Is there anything I can do?
