i have itchy scrotum problem from last 2 yrs. every month or two my right side scrotum skin become itchy and start producing mucous and get crack somewhat. i used to apply clortrimazole 1% (itchguard), it get subside within 2 days. 2 days back i had the same complain and apply that cream and this time i washed my scrotum with dettol (diluted in water). on next day i found 3-4 lumps on my scrotum skin, they are not painful but still im worry about it. can you explain why it happen and what should i do. thank you
