Testicles and warm sensation

Okay I'm 19 years old, I have no std's or has aids. Yesterday afternoon, I started to have a warm feeling in my left testicle. This warm feelings comes and goes. I don't know why is it doing this. I dont have any insurance so I can't go to the doctor. Cab somebody help me out with my situation?
