last year i was in japan and i started haveing the same thing. i decided to go to a chemist and i told them every thing that i was feeling they gave me some tablets and in a week it was gone but when i goot back i went to my doctors and told him whet i was feeling. i showed him the tablets and he said there wasnt much medicen in them so yours might fix its self
