Bumps on scrotum

I have skin/flesh-colored bumps on my balls, and have had them since about age 15 or so, long before I had any sort of sexual contact with women or even petting etc. They seem like pimples but don't pop and don't hurt and aren't sore. Is this normal?

Removal of one testicle

One of my grandson's testicles is going to be removed (he is 18 months) due to atrophy; we were told that the blood supply to it had been blocked, hence the atrophy; removal is required as there is a high incidence of cancer. Anyone have info on what might have caused this?
