my son is 24 year old has single testicle . when he was 7 year old i contact to doctor but he did is other one testicle in his body . now what i do .
he never feel any pain till now . his single testicle is healthy
will he become father and live his normal sex life

Pain from where? He needs to find out if the other testicle is undescended. If it is, and it is still in his body, then it may become cancerous.
He really should see a urologist for an examination. This is their area of expertise.
He likely can have a normal sex life and become a father. Only a sperm count will tell for sure.
