Hiya, ive found lately that my testicles hurt when i try go for a poo, and so does my anus can any1 help me with this? Im not sure but the last couple days ive held it in when i needed to go badly and than just let it out when im able to.

I am having no problem with my dick lenght but my testical look small compare to other ppl. Is this a problem ? I dont get any pain also. should i keep the dick in the downward position or upward position while inside the undergarment?
