hard ball on SAC

I have this hard ball inside my sac just below my shaft. its about the size of a smiley face on the comp ( ? ) ha sorry best i cold use to describe it. It isn't on my testies and seems to jsut be attached to the sac inside... i have no idea what it could be any thoughts?

I am 21 and recently my testicles have begun sagging alot. They dropped a while ago in my teens but honestly there is a lot of excess skin all the sudden. Left testical is droopy and doesn't seem to have any sperm i

I have had this problem for some time now but it seemed to go away for 2 months. My left testical is rock hard and has some sort of squiggly feeling things inside the sac. It doesn't seem to have any sperm. I am 14 and it hasn't been anything major before. %-)

Veins all over left but not right

My left testicle has veins ALL around it that are easy to see, however on the right u can barely see any. Plus I have a discomfort feeling shooting from by lower stomach, to groin to left knee. ALL on left side. Any suggestions to what this might be? Thanks
