I get intense unberable pain in my testicles when feeling horny.it lasts dof about 10 minutes and then slowly goes away.I also get thin dry film on my the head of my penis after having sex with my girlfriend.Quote:

My right testicle is very large and contains what I think is fluid.

Hi, I'm having a problem where my right testicle is very large and contains what I think is fluid. It only seems to happen occasionally and is usually after I shower. It usually goes away after a while Sometimes it is slightly painful and sometimes not. Any ideas what this is? Thanks, KD
