Hi i am 18 years old and latley ive been getting lil sharp pains in my testicle and my right testicle is swellen up and sits higher then the other and under the right one there is a tube like thing under the swellen up one and its really startin to worry me because its a little lump one my right testicle and my testicle its starting to get num
