My right testicle is very large and contains what I think is fluid.

Hi, I'm having a problem where my right testicle is very large and contains what I think is fluid. It only seems to happen occasionally and is usually after I shower. It usually goes away after a while Sometimes it is slightly painful and sometimes not. Any ideas what this is? Thanks, KD
