My husband and i have been married along time. i am used to how his scrotum feels when aroused. it is always firm but tonight his testicles felt very hard and at least one dime size indentation(not on the penis). He started androgel 6 months ago if that effects this i don't know. He has been having bad night sweats for a year and the doctor thought bringing up his testosterone levels may help since he was boardline low. Two days ago he complained hs nipples hurt and had me check them. They were both hard and he said tender, sensitive. I am really worried now with the indentations or severe dimpling in his scrotum. I don't want to scare him if it is just hormonal from the androgel
