is it tuesday morning and since friday night. i noticed that my right testicle has a hard ball on the lower left hand side of it. My right testicle is twice if not more than the size of my left one.. It doesnt hurt when i press it but now it hurts just walkin around because its gotten heavy. I recently started to work out and excersize. No heavy lifting using light weights and doing lots of reps. I know i need to see a doctor but i cant afford it or take time off from work. But i was just wondering if anyone might know what this is and I can medicate myself at home. thanks.
