Here's a pic of my throat - http://imgur.com/UqnLk8h Can anyone explain what that yellow object in the back is?  I don't have a sore throat but once in a while when i swallow I feel a "sharp sensation." Also is there anything else that's noticeably wrong with my throat? Thanks

old man of 97 he wears a hearing aid and has problem bringing up phlem
