Im at a stand still in my pt exercises because when i run regardless of the weather after about 1/4 of a mile my throat begins to get cracky and feels as if its swelling. After the run, usually 2 miles i can cough up blood. I had asthma as an infant or so im told but i have yet to encounter any problems. This isnt something that always happens, because at BCT 9/10 times I ran fine. Ive tried different breathing methods but nothing prevails. cadences always work but by the time i think to start mumbling a few words to double time cadences my throats to cracky and soar to breath correctly. Any thoughts?
