I have twins with soar throats and they seem lethargic

I am a father of twins and they dont seem to feel too good. They are Lethargic and it seems that not only do they have a soar throat they may be teething. what can i give them to soothe their pain

closing up of throat

im going through klonopin withdrawal and since last night my throat has been closing up and i feel like i cant talk when this happens and its a very scary feeling almost thinking about going to the emergncy room. what can help to resolve this problem
