PAIN ON THE TONGUE RIGHT SIDE AND LUMPS? I oreviously had an anterior cervical fusion in 2005. Pressure against throat. Is it due to a broken crown to side affects from the fusion could it come loose? I now see lumps on side of tongue and on the end of tongue. Can anyone help?

Ever since i took antibiotics for a sinus infection my head has felt empty, as if it's full of air. I finished taking the 5 day course of antibiotics a week ago and i still feel the same way. Is this just a side affect? If so how long will it last? This is really freaking me out
