I WENT TO SWALLOW A ROUND (LARGE) PARACETAMOL AND IT GOT STUCK IN MY THROAT. IT WON'T DISSOLVE AND ITS BEEN 24 HOURS. I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING FOOD,WATER,HOT DRINKS,MAKING MYSELF VOMIT!!   HELP ME
