I have Hashimotos thyroiditis and chronic urticarial (hives) I've been on paleo and anti inflammatory diets and now starting Whole 30 I need to change my eating habits so I can go out in public without having hives all over my face and neck ( they itch too)

Parathyroid surgery 3 weeks ago.

I had parathyroid surgery to remove an adenoma 3 weeks ago. At one week my calcium level was 10.2 higher than before the surgery. My PTH was 55 down from 92. My doctor says the levels usually fall right away. Was the surgery a failure? Don't really feel better yet.
